Book Blogger Hop #2 (01/13-01/19/2017)

Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme run by Coffee Addicted Writer. Every Friday, a question is posted for the book blog community to discuss. This week’s question is…

Is everyday a reading day for you? Submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews

I’m trying to make it a habit of reading everyday. Realistically though, I only really read during the work week. Those days I specifically block out times for myself dedicated for reading: on the way to and from work (since I take public transportation). One day I’d like to read everyday, but I still have a way to go.

  1. I used to take the bus to work years ago, so of course I would read on the bus (and sometimes missed my stop, lol). If you have a long commute, it’s really worth it to read on the bus or train.

My husband takes me to work, and even though it’s a pretty short commute, I do try to read at least a few pages. Also, I do read at night, and on the weekends, whenever I can.

Sure hope you’ll be able to read every single day, at some point in the future! : )

Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting on my own BBH post!! : )

    1. And thank you for visiting my blog and returning my comment!

I think the only advantage of my super long commute is having the opportunity to read like 50 pages every day!

  2. Ooh! I wish I can read in a train! I listen to audio books most of the time while commuting to work, especially when I tutor. But hey, at least you are reading!!

    1. I used to do a lot of listening to audio books as well! This was mainly when I was taking courses but now that I’m working, when I get home my hobbies require a lot of attention and I can’t really turn off my brain to fully be immersed in an audio book.

      Thanks for visiting and commenting!

  3. I’m definitely not the kind that read everyday. However, now that I am taking my law module, I have so much readings that I have to try to read everyday. D:
By the way, would you be interested to exchange links?

    1. Readings that you have to do are always the kind of readings I dislike, haha! Unless I find them interesting. Once I had to read an algorithm book, it was not fun for me at all.

I would love to exchange links! I’ll add you to my sidebar ASAP.

  4. I love reading! Whether I’m reading Science or Fiction but NOT both. My favorite author is Stephen King for Fiction and my non-fiction aka Science go to author is Carl Sagan. Love them both! I try to make an effort to read even if it is for school.

    1. Interesting that you like science and fiction but not science-fiction! I adore science-fiction! Sometimes I can read straight science but not as much as I’d like. I also did not know Carl Sagan wrote books. Maybe I’ll have to check out his works.
